Protecting God’s Children: VIRTUS is a program required by the Diocese for adults who work with youth below the age of 18. The 3-hour program is being offered by: St John the Apostle , VB, Sat., March 13 th 9:30am; Register www.richmonddiocese,com. Look for Protecting God’s Children – upper right hand corner of screen. Must register before attending and let us know when you have completed the course.
BAPTISMAL PREPARATION : The next Baptism preparation class for parents will be held on Thursday, March 11 th at 7:30pm in the Library. Register with Kathy 495-1886 x11
FIRST EUCHARIST PARENT SESSION : This session for parents whose children are preparing and will receive First Eucharist this Spring. The first session is on Monday, March 22 nd at 7pm in the Chapel. Children DO NOT attend this session. Call Mary McFeely 49-1886 x25 if you have any questions.
PASSION PLAY OBERAMMERGAU 2010 Fr. Jim is leading a trip to Germany, Italy and Austria July 6, 2010. This Fabulous 9-day trip includes some of the most beautiful sites in Europe and an opportunity to see the beautiful castles of Neuschwanstein and Linderhof in Germany, plus see the Passion Play. Young People’s Liturgy of the Word is celebrated at the Sat., 5:30pm Liturgy and again on Sunday at the 8:45am Mass. If you have a child between K-3, consider having them attend this program.
