Bingo Game Operations
Support Bingo Game Operations - our single largest fund raiser: over $100,000 annually. We require 15 people to conduct a Bingo Game for four hours on Monday evenings. Your support is needed to sell Bingo Game card packs, special, and Instant bingo cards; validating and paying out winning Game cards, assisting the Game Manager in operating and reconciling each gaming session; assisting the Gaming Supply Custodian with inventory and ordering; and assisting the Raffle Manager in compliance with applicable rules and regulations. Bingo Snack Bar Operations
We require six people for three hours on Monday evenings. Your level and frequency of support is up to you. Your support is needed to prepare and sell short order items such as pizza, hot dogs, hamburgers, sandwiches. fountain soft drinks, and coffee for all of our Bingo Game patrons. Business Office Volunteers
There are many administrative functions suitable for volunteers. Typical tasks involve large mail-outs for events i.e., crafters. potential donors, raffle tickets; phone calls, development of business forms, reconciling accounts, input of financial transaction into state-of-the-art financial software and event publicity. Count and Bank Offertories
Count offertory contributions each Sunday after Liturgy. Your frequency of support is up to you. After the last liturgy, we prepare the bank deposit and take it to our Bank. The entire process takes about three hours (from 9:30-12:30 ), your help after just one liturgy would be appreciated.
