Youth Faith Formation Programs
We offer faith formation programs for youth ages 3 through high school.

PreK - 5th Grade Family Faith
Additional details & registrationChildren in PreK 3 - 5th grade participate with their family to learn and grow in their faith.
Meetings are held two Sundays a month from 9:00am to 10:20am in the ACC. Breakfast and fellowship is offered prior to Family Faith Formation at 8:30am.
Middle School "Catching Fire"
Catching Fire Program InfoOur youth group-style setting for middle school students (grades 6-8) on Sundays from 2pm-4pm provides fellowship, formation, and service-learning experiences.
High School Youth of Ascension (YOA)
High School YOA ProgramHigh school students (grades 9 - 12) thrive in a youth group where they can grow friendships and their faith with peers who share their values.

This registration is for all children in grades PreK 3-12th grade, First Reconciliation, First Holy Communion, and Confirmation.
Registration Fees:
Our fee is based on the number of children per family being registered in all of our PK-HS programs:
- One child: $65
- Two children: $90
- Three or more children: $115
- Child preparing for 1st Holy Communion: $30 additional fee
- Child preparing for Confirmation: No additional charge
